Keep your ERP experience hassle-free with our inexpensive, secure, UK yearly hosting. Private or shared & managed, simple two-tier pricing, yearly updates and first access to our developments, you have every reason to keep things simple with us.


We have implemented a new advanced containerised platform allowing fast deployment and more flexibility. You can reap the benefits of a large shared platform and let us manage the code, or if you need server access and prefer to keep things private, you can have that too!

How many users can I have?

We do not limit the number of users, but the platform sizing assumes a level of server requests per hour.

We have provisionally put the barrier at an organisation size of up to 50 people (not users) for the lower tier, which assumes a certain ERP usage characteristic. If your organisation has high usage, for example a busy website that you intend to implement in ERPNext, or many heavy ERP users like a payroll agency, you will definitely need the higher tier, and may need a custom ERPNext implementation.

Shared or Private?
  • Shared
    Our least-expensive option is just like other ERPNext cloud providers except you can use your own domain and get both a production and test instance. You also get the benefit of more allocated resources than the private option. We manage the code, give you free yearly updates so you don't have to worry!
  • Private
    For those that want to stay separate with full control of the code & ssh access, you get your own container with the private option. This is useful if you already have IT staff to manage things for you.
What will I need to provide?
  • Backup Destination
    You must have Google Drive, Dropbox or Amazon S3 storage available to receive database & file backups. Other rclone options are available for an additional charge. Click on the links for more setup information. This ensures we do not process your data and do not become liable to the ICO.
  • Email Server (optional)
    We do not handle your email, so if you want to use that ERPNext functionality, you must have access to POP/IMAP and SMTP servers. Outgoing email setup is handy for backup notifications too.
  • Domain Name (optional)
    If you wish to use the ERPNext website functionality, or have the ability to email your suppliers or customers directly from ERPNext, you will need to have an internet domain name (DNS) set up and be able to create CNAME type DNS records.

    Otherwise we can provide a name ending in casesolved.co.uk.
